its location was particularly good, to both karon & kata beaches, and in a fairly nice area. btw, it was just a short stroll away from big buddha.

Only a short distance to the restaurant Red Onion. The hotel was not far from new topas collection and marche de nuit. Even the Phuket airport was not so far. We appreciated our time at the venue, thank you very much.

Our experience was overshadowed by a lack of quality service. The reception staff were unwelcoming and didn't assist us with our luggage. The plumbing issues in our room led to frustration, as we had to frequently leave the room to use the restroom by the pool due to blockages.

The bathroom privacy was a complete joke, a clear glass door, really? I couldn't even enjoy a moment alone! Plus, the loud road noise was unbearable while trying to relax by the pool. I thought I woudl get at least a welcome gift for my troubles but apparently, that woudl ve been asking too much.

The staff were friendly, always greeting us with smiles. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, much appreciated. The views from the pool area were fine, especially at sunrise.
The room amenities could have been more modern, a bit disappointing.
